We as teachers can plan and realize online activities where all students will take place,all of them will be the participants of these activities. But  before we'll start such kind of activities,we have to take into account many things. We have to strike a balance in our interaction with the students so that the board has a focus on learning and is interesting enough to pull learners into the conversation but at the same time it mustn't be such complicated that the learners are overwhelmed. I have also recieved information about the sites such as Blabberize, Voki and Voice Thread. With the use of Blabberize you can upload the photo and make it's mouth to move in a funny way and you can also make the picture to talk with your voice. This is funny and allow students to improve their speaking skill and also help modest students to use this tool to express their opinions,because they feel more comfortable when  instead of them the picture is talking with their voice. Voki  avatars are educational tool adopted by millions of teachers across the world that allows users to create their own talking characters.It is a great teaching tool for communication students in education field. Students,who are shy,are free to present their ideas by using an avatar. I also learned that Teaching and Learning with Technologies is the crucial part of  all this process. Using teaching technologies during the lesson allow students to learn more and more,be active, communicative and engaged in teaching process. But our main responsibility in this case is to use these technologies in the right way to develop student's writing,speaking,reading and listening skills.

I have also learnt how to use different ELT resources to make teaching process enjoyable,interesting and entertaining. Teacher can use Twitter which help students to learn new words,get new informations and be more communicative. We,as teachers, can use English films which will help students to enlarge their vocabulary and they can express their own opinions about these films. Such kind of discussions allow students to be more active and deeply intervened in teaching process.

During this course I have learnt how to use Cubeez in teaching process. I think that this site helps students to produce their language and also gives them chance to check their knowledge about English language. I have also learnt the advantage of YouTobe. You can use not only  showing students videos,but also images and films with subtitles and many other things. I think using this site will make the lesson more interesting,enjoyable and interactive and the students will give useful information from these resources. I've also recieved some information about photo dialogue. In my opinion,such kind of dialogues help them to be more active and improve their vocabulary and grammer. They have to invent their own stories with the use of photos and this acivate their knowledge. Such kind of activities also help them to improve speaking skill.
